- Associate to lead counsel in negotiating and documenting revolving corporate credit facilities of $1.2 billion on behalf of Wisconsin Energy Corporation and regulated operating subsidiaries.
- Associate to lead counsel to the developer of an advanced nuclear generating facility in connection with the first DOE loan guarantee for a nuclear power project under Title XVII of the Energy Policy Act of 2005
- Associate to lead counsel to major utility in settling substantial monetary claims arising out of disputes under a power purchase agreement
- Associate to lead counsel advising major power companies in the bidding process for the California Renewable Auction Mechanism, a market-based procurement mechanism for renewable distributed generation projects up to 20 MW on the system side of the meter
- Associate to lead counsel in the development of the Northwest Florida Renewable Energy Center biomass gasification project, a first-of-its-kind nominal 55MW facility that will generate electric energy by combusting synthetic gas derived from the gasification of biomass-based feedstocks.
